With a long family tradition spanning several generations of viticulturists, the Nicolau family began a new project in 2018: cultivating Organic Certified vineyards managed under Regenerative Agriculture principles. These practices promote soil and plant health, resulting in a well-balanced wine that genuinely expresses its unique terroir.
