Our Organic Certified vineyards are managed using Regenerative Agriculture principles, integrating grazing animals in winter, multi-species cover crops, fermentates, compost extracts, and biostimulants to promote soil and plant health.
On this property, we cultivate only Portuguese white grape varieties that are perfectly adapted to our climate and soil. These varieties include Viosinho, Alvarinho, Arinto, and Fernão Pires, with ongoing trials of two additional varieties, Verdelho and Samarrinho.
